Telehealth – Online, Phone (Australia-wide)
Ideal for individuals who:
- Live remotely or rurally
- Struggle with mobility and/or transport
- Busy with family, work and/or life needs
- Prefer the comfort of engaging from their preferred space
Our Telehealth services are available for NDIS participants, private clients and referrals from GPs or allied health professionals.
Telehealth (Online/Phone)
TOC psychologists are happy to provide services in a format that is convenient for your needs. This includes
- Telephone
- Online (e.g., video chat on Zoom)
Session via telephone or video chat/online can be a practical, accessible and convenient alternative to visiting our offices. Telehealth can be used with funding sources such as:
- Medicare (Mental Health Care Plan)
- Victims of Crime (VOCAT)/ FAS
- NDIS Therapy
- Other referral sources
If you are funded under another referral source please check with the referring agency if they cover telehealth sessions.
If you choose to have your sessions via videochat/online (telehealth) a link will be emailed or sent via SMS to you prior to the session. Please try and ensure you are in a private location for your appointment. Using earphones can also assist with increased privacy.
